Big B: Are we living in a fascist society?

Expressing dismay over ongoing protests against Aarakshan,Amitabh Bachchan on Wednesday said the way creative freedom was being curbed,it felt as if one was living in a “fascist conditioning”.

“If creative expression is to be curbed by institutions that wish to dictate terms and conditions above the conditions of legal recognized constitutional formats,democratically accepted,and converted into law by the highest authorities of legality,then we might as well accept that we live not in… a democracy but a most unfortunate fascist conditioning,” he wrote in his blog.
