  • Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has asked the district administration to submit a report in 24 hours about an incident of “bullying” reported from Bishop Cotton, Shimla’s leading boarding school, following complaints of two students, both in Class IX, about being assaulted by their seniors early this week.

Headmaster Roy Christopher Robinson said on Thursday evening an NRI student had complained about the incident. “I had spoken to the boy over the phone and asked him to put all the facts in black and white but he left the school without informing anyone about the incident,” he said. “I have asked the home master to submit a report about the episode by Friday.”
