The Women Entrepreneur Exhibition at Westin, from October 19 to 21, is a bling affair. With a range of stalls showcasing everything from sarees to home décor, the exhibition was abuzz with enthusiastic shoppers since Friday noon. Raira Bangles hosts their stall at the exhibition displaying a range of bangles in gold and platinum which can be customised according to the design preferences of the customer. Shruti Bhrahmbat, a Mumbai-based designer displays her latest collection under her label, Kosh, comprising of mix and match saris and dupattas in chanderi and tussar varieties of silk. Another exhibitor, Ami Shah displays a variety of heavy embroidery and zardosi work by specialised craftsmen from Kolkata, on saree borders, short-styled jackets, kurta yolks and more. Alka Bajoria put up a stall displaying chip and dip platters, ceramic and wooden home décor knick knacks imported from Italy, Turkey and other places across the world. A stall by Ecofrendz displays natural fabric materials and hand printed bags and gifts, whereas Arun Ashray puts up a charity stall selling cute cupcakes and gift bags. The exhibition features over sixty stalls which are aimed at kickstarting the festive as well as bridal shopping season.
