Blood donation camp held in Mohali

Nearly 90 people donated blood at the annual camp organised in memory of Kamlesh Bansal,one of the founders of Chandigarh PGIMER Blood Bank,in Phase IX here on Thursday.

Nearly 90 people donated blood at the annual camp organised in memory of Kamlesh Bansal,one of the founders of Chandigarh PGIMER Blood Bank,in Phase IX here on Thursday. The camp,held in collaboration with PGIMER,was inaugurated by S K Sharma,an IPS officer,who had inaugurated the first camp in 2001.

Sohan Lal Sherpuri,PPCC general secretary,Kulwinder Singh,a hotelier from

Mohali,Y P Sharma,an NRI businessman,staffers of Punjab State Education Board,several hoteliers from Chandigarh and Mohali and Prof H S Walia,chairman of NGO Punjab Global Foundation were also present.
