A powerful bomb fitted in a car was found in the parking lot of the Manipur Raj Bhavan on Friday and it was defused later,official sources said. The car was reportedly parked on Friday morning,the sources said,adding whether its numberplate was genuine or not was yet to be ascertained. Police were trying to find out how the car entered the Raj Bhavan,a heavily guarded area,they said. The car was towed away and the bomb was defused at the Manipur Police Training Centre at Pangei later. No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
