Islamabad: Responding to US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's statement, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar said on Monday that the government has no information about the presence of al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri in the country. If anybody has any information, they should share it with Pakistan, Khar said.

Israeli cabinet approves snap polls

Jerusalem: Buoyed by opinion polls and an opposition in disarray, Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's cabinet has approved his request for snap polls on September 4. The bill to bring forward the polls is now due for vote in the Knesset (Israeli parliament).
