Saudi diplomat, his guard shot dead in Yemen
SANAA: Unidentified gunmen shot dead a Saudi diplomat and his Yemeni bodyguard in Yemen's capital Sanaa on Wednesday in an attack a local security source said appeared to be the work of al-Qaeda.
The gunmen opened fire on the car carrying Khaled al-Eniz and his bodyguard near his house in Sanaa, a Yemeni security official said. The diplomat and his Yemeni guard died instantly.

PARIS:Érik Izraelewicz, editorial director of Le Monde died on Tuesday after suffering a heart attack in his office in Paris, the French newspaper said on Wednesday. He was 58. Le Monde hasn't chosen a successor for Izraelewicz so far.

PARIS: A French court has pushed back a ruling on whether to drop aggravated pimping charges against former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
