This brotherhood and peace talk looks too sweet and bookish. Now sure about Shahruk, but for most of our leaders, it is just another lip service they do. The most important thing for all the ordinary Indians is how to think rationally and remain positive and keep striving for peace when the situation is really demanding it. There can not be a perfect world and there never was. We will these elements like weeds coming up every now and them. But important thing is, identify those weeds and remove them. Don't develope affection for these weeds otherwise we now we are reaping. Pakistan is a good example.

Since the terrorists are also well educated and may be reading some such messages, Shah Rukh and his likes should comment and condemn their acts. They should speak publicly often and go on the media exhorting the terrorists organizations that most of these islamic terrorists are demeaning islam and are putting all to shame. May be they will understand and mend their ways. Who does not want peace (excepting some politicians and religious heads who incite and indoctrinate others to take to terrorism)and a trouble free life? These terrorists may also want to settle down in life, get married, have children and have a nice time like so many others.

Message is great and needs to be taken on its face value. There are differences even in the families. Shia and Sunni are also indulging in violence. Each community members fight amongst themselves. There is need for more tolerance if we want to live in peace and in interest of future generations. Elderly people from all the communities must come out and demonstrate solidarity and set example for youth.

How come that the so called celebrities and leaders among Muslims never publicly call the likes of Osama Bin Laden, Al Zavahiri, etc. etc. as Khafirs.
