Each canvas has a story to tell and every stroke expresses the artists’ vision. And it’s a chance to absorb the diverse styles and expressions of painters like Jamini Roy, Asit Sarkar, Dilip Chaudhary, Om Swami, Manu Pal, HR Das, Tapas Sardar, Partho Dutta...artists from all over the country. “We wanted to curate a show that will showcase works from both established and upcoming artists and get a range that will suit everyone’s pocket. We chose Chandigarh to have this exhibition for it’s a rich market, has well-travelled people, is exposed to the art scene and educated too,’’ express Shwetambri Singh and Samita Munjal, both art dealers, who organize exhibitions all over the country.
