BSP workers from city to take part in Lucknow rally

Around 2,500 Bahujan Samaj Party workers from the city will participate in a party rally in Lucknow on the occasion of silver jubilee year of the foundation of the party. The rally will be held on Monday.

Around 2,500 Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) workers from the city will participate in a party rally in Lucknow on the occasion of silver jubilee year of the foundation of the party. The rally will be held on Monday.

“We are also planning to gather around 5,000 party workers from western Maharashtra to participate in the rally to be held on Monday,” said state general secretary of the BSP Kiran Alhat,who along with state chief Vilas Garud will be leading the delegation from Maharashtra in the rally.

Alhat said it would be an important occasion as the party completing 25 years.

“National president of the party and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mayawati will address the gathering,where party workers from across the country will be present,” he said.
