Launching a scathing attack on the Trinamool Congress, particularly its chief Mamata Banerjee,Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee on Wednesday said the people of West Bengal would have to decide whether they wanted a government that is run in the way the Railway Ministry is functioning at present or a government that works. So many projects have been announced and so many foundation stones have been laid but many of them do not have the sanction of the Finance Ministry. Many new trains have been introduced but where will the coaches come from? There seems to be absolute chaos, Bhattacharjee said. Now people will have to decide whether they want a government that is run like this, the CM said at a press conference at the party headquarters at Alimuddin Street. The CM criticised the TMC manifesto, saying that it was full of anomalies and looked like a railway manifesto. He also said the six TMC ministers at the Centre were worthless and did not do anything. They have become non-performing assets. They should be ashamed that they get salary from the government, Bhattacharjee said. Bhattacharjee claimed a Trinamool Congress phobia has set in in the minds of the people and they were getting scared. On the tie-up between the Congress and the Trinamool Congress,Bhattacharjee said: We went ahead with our own plans without taking into account any alliance
