This is how this matter and there should be a large talent pool which the country deserves. How can you do it. Is it confined only to certain segments?

Veerappa Moily: Yeah. More than that. You know you can't say that many of the IIM even 98 per cent there may be a cut off. Man gets 97 per cent that boy has to go to the Harvard, Cambridge and come back to boss over to you

moily vision is superbBy: surya prakash | 30-Jul-2009 Reply | Forward We must be very proud of Veerappamoily whon has real vision on administrative reforms and civilservices.India has got it's own talent,nobody denies, Moily when he introduced common entance test in karnataksa to avoid corruption and nepotism, it was big success.We requires war foot reforms in judiciary,and excutive segments, people lost hope on governance,delayed justice is denied juistice,civil servants are puppets in the hands of politicians. it is the time for reforms.Our Prime Minister is best example who implemented economic reforms, now we are enjoing fruits,by that we got 40 billioneers on forbes,thanks to P.V.Narsimharao.To make a system of civil srvices afer 10 2 is an excellent idea, to get younger talent.Police reforms are much essential to protect the people.it is the time for congress governament under manmohan singh leadership,to get faith and fulfill aspirations of common man.Hatsoff to verappamoily for his sinciere commitment to serve the people.

He is the one who has the responsibility to initiate appropriate action for Administrative Reforms...in the first place. I only hope Shekhar/Indian Express follows up Veerapa Moily.
