In the long run, the government will start a mega project to address Kathmandu's power outage problem, drafting of the constitution, management of the arms and taking the peace process to its logical conclusion.
Directives have been given to the secretaries to address the immediate needs of the people and make them feel the presence of the government, the sources said.
