After Malik and Rana propelled Vidya Jain School to 185 for 9 in 30 overs, bowlers Satender Thakran (3/30) and Pawan Chaudhary (3/32) struck crucial blows as the Muni International’s innings folded at 126 in 26.5 overs.

    Diwan Academy had a scare against Modern Cricket Academy, as they narrowly beat their opponents by one wicket in the ongoing Om Prakash Saini memorial under-16 cricket tournament at Parmarth ground. After restricting MCA to only 125 thanks to a four-wicket haul by Yash Vasavatiya (4/23), Diwan side were lookign down the barrel, as Sandeep Rajput struck crucial blows with a four-wicket burst that stretched to the limit in chase. Sakir Khan top scored with an important 36.

    Anuj Rai struck an impressive five-for as Ravindra Public Academy tharshed Sarvodya Vidyalaya by 120 runs to enter the quarter-final of Harbans Singh Sistani under-19 cricket tournament at SS Khalsa ground. Batting first RPS posted a huge total of 220 runs in 20 overs, riding on useful contributions from the middle, including 48 by Manav Goel. Rai than ran through the Sarvodaya batting-line-up as their innings folded up at a paltry 107 runs.
