The Delhi High Court on Wednesday asked the Centre to file a status report on a plea for CBI probe into claims that Team Anna had received foreign funds for its anti-graft protests. A division bench of Chief Justice D Murugesan and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw granted the Home Ministry three week to file the report after hearing a plea by Manohar Lal Sharma, an advocate. He alleged Team Anna got foreign funds in violation of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act.
