The decision is unfavourable. The compensation should be given according to the foreign pattern. After all,human life is precious. If any such disaster happens in the future,who will take the responsibility?

The incident took place 20 years ago,and in my opinion,there is no point penalising Anderson anymore. It is over now. Instead of pulling this case,we should ensure that no such disaster should take place in the future.

All politicians of our country have self-driven motives. They are least bother about the sentiments of the public. People in Bhopal are still suffering from many ailments and the government has given just a small amount to their families. The case should be reviewed.

In my opinion,the case should be reviewed to give justice to the victims and their families. The compensation given by the government is very less. Human life is far more precious. The people affected by the tragedy have been facing many hardships. It is the duty of the government to ensure that they be given proper treatment and compensation.

I feel because of the pressure of the public and the media,the government is now realising the fact that those guilty in the case should be punished and justice should be given to the victims. The case should definitely be reopened and it is a big issue. We are struggling with it for the last 20 years and now,when there is some ray of hope,we cannot step back.
