    Sara Khan who has won many accolades for her portrayal of the reticent Sadhna on Star Plus’s popular soap Sapna Babul ka…Bidaai has a fervent fan following. This was revealed during a recent incident that took every one by surprise. It so happened that the day Sara was shown getting shot at and badly injured in one of the sequences in the show, one of her male fans was dismayed atseeing her plight. He managed to get the director’s mobile number and called him saying that he is a big fan of Sara’s and was really disturbed and they should make her well soon. It was only when he was told that she is injured only in the show did he calm down, but his concern did not end there. He wrote a letter to the channel inquiring about Sara’s health and requesting the actress to reply to his missive.

    Meeting Prabhuji
    Zee Cinema and Zee TV’s dance reality show Dance India Dance have announced a special month-long festival dedicated to the original disco dancer of the country, Mithun Chakraborty. The festival — Mohe Mithunda Se Milawade —will run on Zee Cinema throughout May and showcase the star’s movies. In this cross-channel promotion, the two channels will celebrate his journey from being the Disco Dancer to Grandmaster Mithunda, as he is known on the sets of Dance India Dance. A contest will be run wherein viewers would have to answer questions about Mithunda. Three winners with maximum correct answers will get an opportunity to witness the Grand Finale of the show and also meet the Grandmaster personally.
