Reportedly Vikram Massey, aka Shyam, of Balika Vadhu got thrashed by his father and Suguna’s family for deciding to marry a widow. The people who were thrashing him got so excited that they got a bit violent and only stopped when the director started shouting ‘cut’. When asked about the incident Vikram said, “That shot required some naturalness and luckily, or else you can say unluckily, I got hurt.” That’s the spirit, Vicky. We love a man who doesn’t cringe at being beaten to a pulp.

    Candid talk
ON the latest episode of Taran Adarsh’s B Biz, Adhyayan Suman blew the lid off his relationship with Kangana Ranaut. “We had an intense relationship but I decided to end it,” said Adhyayan. “For Kangana, work was always a priority. Even after Raaz 2, people said I owed my success to the fact that I was dating a bigger star.” Do we detect a hint of bitterness here? Or just plain chauvinism?.

    Telly bliss
HEAVEN, it seems, has nothing more to do with marriages. They’re all being made on television. All it took Bhopal’s Neejaj Parashar to get launched into the world of marital bliss was to be featured on Star Vivaah, India’s first matrimonial show. Within days it seems he shot to the top of the eligible bachelors’ list. Flooded with offers from prospective brides, it took him only two weeks to find Sweccha who is now his life partner. If money can’t buy love, television, it seems, can.

    Bull’s eye
WASNA Ahmed thought she was in a nightmare when bulls that were supposed to restrict her on her way to the temple on the sets of Shree, went wild and started running around the place. One started chasing Wasna who ran for her life. Good thing it didn’t come to a bull fight, in which case, no prizes for guessing who (or what) would have won.
