A children’s website,superkidzindia.com,was launched over the weekend. The website has been termed as the ‘virtual playground’ for kids.

“Kids are far more evolved today than they were earlier. Children sit online for hours and we decided to channelise their focus on the right things,” said a spokesperson for Superkidz India.

The website has two virtual kid mascots in Jayvir and Prisha, who are 8 and 10 respectively. The online portal will have moral stories called Jayvir-Prisha stories, games, academics and live streaming of various activities. The USP of the portal is that the mascots have superpowers of a different kind, including patriotism, truth and respect.

Quiz and games that the kids will play will be registered and a copy will be sent to their parents. For example if a kid plays a game on history the parents will get to know how strong their child’s knowledge on the subject is. Every month Vistaas Media will hold events across the states and bring together children who use the portal.
