Barbadian singer Rihanna is said to be in shock after her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown released a public video apologising for his fight with her in February this year. Brown,20,who pleaded guilty to attacking the Umbrella singer in June and was sentenced to five years supervised probation and community service, was also ordered to stay away from her. He did not give any details about the incident on the advice of his attorney, but earlier this month he released a two-minute video on TMZ.com expressing his deepest regret for his actions. But for Rihanna, the video has left her reeling,as it has led to more publicity about the fall-out. Shes in total shock. It was like he gave her another blow, albeit one of a different kind, the Daily Express quoted a source as having told Britains Now magazine. All she knows is that its in the news again and thats the one thing she didnt want. Shes been trying to put it behind her and move on as fast as possible. They spoke earlier last week and Chris made no mention of any public statement then. She wishes hed given her at least a heads-up about it. But thats Chris, always thinking of himself first and forgetting how this would impact on her, the source added.
