Yoga for shooters
The Indian junior shooting is practising yoga and meditation ahead of the 5th Asian Airgun Championship in China next week. Yoga has been introduced in the shooting discipline for the first time to help the marksmen improve conditioning and maximise their performance at the range. Sports Authority of India (SAI) and Morarji Desai Institute of Yoga, Delhi have joined hands to help the junior shooters in their quest to bring medals to the country in the forthcoming championship.
