Civic body suspends issue of birth, death certificates from ward offices

  • The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has suspended its service of issuing birth and death certificate from all its ward office due to technical snag in the server. However, the service will now be available only at Vishrambaugwada in Kasba Peth office.

    The technical snag has forced to discontinue the service in all the 14 ward offices of the PMC. The work to repair the server is going on and the service will be resumed later on, PMC PRO Sanjay More said.

    The online service will also remain affected till the repair work is completed, he added.
