    Chairs
    The swearing-in ceremony of the new Information Commissioner of Punjab witnessed a peculiar situation. Two chairs were placed on the dais - one each for the Governor and Chief Minister. But just before the event started, someone realised that the Chief Minister would not be able to make it as he was campaigning for the Nurmahal Assembly elections. The last minute ‘correction’ was made, as two men jumped to the dais - one picking up the chair meant for Badal and the other taking away the name plate.
