Colin Firth voted most desirable celebrity neighbour
Firth will compete for Best Actor Academy Award for his role in 'The King's Speech'.
Oscar-nominated actor Colin Firth has emerged as the most desirable celebrity neighbour in a recent poll.
The 50-year-old actor,who will compete for the Best Actor Academy Award on Sunday for his role in ‘The King’s Speech’,was voted the country’s ideal next-door neighbour in a poll by UK property website Zoopla.
Firth took more than 15 per cent of the votes,seeing off competition from Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole,who was the runner-up with 10 per cent,Contactmusic reported.
Meanwhile,glamour model Katie Price was named the least desirable celebrity to live next door to,while other nightmare neighbours included pop star Kerry Katona and reality TV rejects Jedward.
