    International School of Business and Media (ISB&M), organised the Chain Act ‘09 a one-day conference on Supply Chain and Operations Management recently at ISB&M Auditorium, Nande village. The event was inaugurated by Juzar Mustan, CEO AFL logistics. Others present were Pramod Kumar, President ISB&M and P K De, Executive Director, ISB&M and M Weinstock, GM Logistics, Volkswagen India. Speakers like Shakeel Ahmed, principal, Etisalat- Dubai and P K J Mahapatra, Dean PG Studies IIT Kharagpur interacyed on the occasion, The theme was Supply Chain Integration: The Future? Speaking on the occasion, Pramod Kumar, president, ISB&M said, “It is a forum for strategic decision makers, academicians, supply chain and operations management professionals to network best practices being deployed in a wider range of industries." During the conference, research on the critical supply chain issues and solutions adopted by industry leaders were discussed. Presentations and panel discussion by experts in the field were other highlights.
