  • A sessions court court on Friday adjourned the trial against actor Shiney Ahuja till November 16. The court sought clarification from the defence and prosecution on an order by the Bombay High Court staying the framing of charges against him. The High Court, on October 6, had stayed the framing of charges after defence lawyer Shrikant Shivade approached the court seeking copies of the forensic and medical reports of the victim and the actor. Additional Sessions Judge S R Trivedi on Friday observed that the High Court had said the framing of charges should be stayed only for a week.
