‘Curious’ kids accompany parents to poll booths

  • Parents too were enthusiastic about the way their children were participating in the entire polling process. Shankar Singh, a resident of Sector 18, said: “It is good to see children sitting in the tents giving away voters’ slips. They are the future of the country and it’s our moral duty to teach them the importance of casting votes if we want to see them grow up into responsible citizens of the country.”
