The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to former Andhra Pradesh Governor N D Tiwari on a paternity suit filed by Rohit Shekhar, who claims to be his biological son.

A division bench headed by Justice A P Shah issued a notice to Tiwari asking him to file his response by February 9.

Shekhar had challenged the November 3 verdict that had dismissed his petition.
