Rs.1350 Cr of white money in legal bribe?By: Sanj Sukerkar | 06-Jul-2009 Reply | Forward Why is the money ($1350 crore) allocated to the Delhi Police? The police is an enforcement agency NOT responsible for setting up and installing infrastructure. If this money is allocated for better traffic systems, I would assume it should be the National Department of Transportation or some similar agency/ministry in charge of this government spending. Or is this the minister's ways of legal bribe for the police?Concerned Citizen/Tax Payer
