  • Aware that RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav is desperate to win him over for an electoral tie-up for the Lok Sabha polls in Bihar, Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan is learnt to be acting pricey. The grapevine has it that Paswan has demanded no less than 16 seats from the RJD or threatened to go it alone in Bihar. Considering that it’s double of what the RJD conceded to the Dalit leader in the 2004 polls, Lalu is understandably taken aback. The seasoned politician however has not lost hope. RJD leaders believe Lalu will ultimately win over the LJP leader with the help of 10 Janpath.
