  • Matthew Hayden
Dhoni has said that the Aussies are always slow in going through their overs, no matter where they play.

Akram said the Aussies were "sore losers" and that Hayden should have known that India was now hundred years ahead of Australia "which is no more than a village".

"The thing about the Aussies is that they are sore losers. They get personal when they get beaten. It is all a matter of sour grapes and after going home, they've started calling India a third-world country", Akram said.

India is a developing nationBy: Mink | 19-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward Having internet does not make a country or a place first world. Even our villages and some rural areas have internet connection. India is 20 times ahead in technology as incomparison to Australia. India has even reached the moon. Would some of you still call it third world?? Indians, stop criticising India.Remember the british ruled over us successfully due to their divide and rule policy.
reBy: Mark | 19-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward Mink, the internet thing was a joke, read my first post, which states he would rather stay home and go fishing, and then everyone else was into me, so i come back with some silly slander, you are all so tight, loosen up a bit ffs.
reBy: mink | 20-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward what does ff's mean?? are u abusing me ??
Australia-God must be crazyBy: G.T.Baliga | 18-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward Most of the Oz player behave on the pitch in a very funny way, when they are loosing and sledging is taken as an excuse. Recent incident of Symond, remark by Gilchrist, now Heydon calling India a "third world country and its mentality", i feel BCCI should make strong complaint to ICC and make sure that they are punished heavily for such derogatory remark against the whole country.Otherwise that "God must be crazy".
Hayden, a great batsman, but a hard headed ignorant fellowBy: Bharat | 18-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward Hayden is a great batsman, but has proved that he is insensitive, heavy headed ignorant fellow. His comments does not suit a batsman of his statutre. Why on earth you first world fellow you come to the so called 3rd world place for money in IPL. The comments given by fellow Australian Mark goes on to show the ignorance about India.
hayden's third world remarkBy: deepaksharma | 17-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward let hayden stay away from the third world ipl league then if he finds india so intolerable.we bend over backwards to be hospitable to all our visitors(as is our wont) and this is how ingrates like hayden repay us.I personally would like to see all aussie players kept away from the ipl, they all seem to dislike india ans indians.
reBy: Mark | 18-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward i think he would rather stay away, I mean he could go fishing for Marlin out his back yard, why on earth would he go to a 3rd world to play cricket and get abused at the same time?? I know what any normal person would do.
third world knowledgeBy: anup | 18-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward hayden does not represent the educated australians.he is not only ignorant of the present but of the past too.i would like to ask him , is perth a third world city where they lost to india last summer in scorching heat with no ozone layer to protect their delicate skins
reBy: Mark | 18-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward perth is not a 3rd world city, its got internet :)
Mental caseBy: vivek | 18-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward what exactly is your problem with us indians, have seen you writing rude comments and using foul language against our indian brothers and sisters . Do you need some sort of counselling facing hardships in australia.Or you must be some drunk lonely unloved ,uncared for poor creature living in the isolated country of australia.
re markBy: vivek | 18-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward The above comment is for that aussie guy mark who has been abusing India and Indians.
reBy: Mark | 19-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward i dont know what your problem is?
Why ICC is toung tiedBy: Vijay Hurkute | 16-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward I am sure if this comment would have been made by any Aisan block countries player ICC would have wasted not time in jumping in and fined the player by applying all possible penalties in the ICC rule book. Also once again BCCI not having pressed the issue at ICC level shows their commitment more towards the money rather than the countries prestige. I think Aussies should be banned from playing in IPL. I am sure BCCI will not do that but it is upto every INDIAN to stand up and bycott the Aussies games in IPL.
