Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal on Thursday criticised the UPA government for increasing the rates of diesel and putting 6-cylinder cap on subsidised LPG. He said it was an anti people policy and should be withdrawn. He said the rate hike of these two essential commodities will fuel inflation.
