Digvijay flays Gadkari over remarks against PM

Digvijay Singh said BJP President Nitin Gadkari should learn about parliamentary affairs.

Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh on Friday said BJP president Nitin Gadkari should learn about parliamentary affairs and institutions before making comments on the Prime Minister.

“Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and senior BJP leader and PAC chairman Murli Manohar Joshi have better knowledge of parliamentary affairs and institutions than Gadkari who needs to learn about them,” Singh said in a statement here.

Singh was reacting to Gadkari’s recent newspaper interview in which he had said that the Prime Minister did not have knowledge of parliamentary affairs and Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
