Don't tick Hayden off, Clark warns Team India

Bangalore, October 7: : Australian pacer Stuart Clark advised the Indian cricketers to stay away from playing any mind game with Matthew Hayden, saying it would only bring out the best in the towering opener.

Hayden has had a stormy relation with the Indians, especially spinner Harbhajan Singh, whom he once described as an "obnoxious weed".

According to Clark, Hayden is mentally very tough and any Indian ploy to unnerve him would only boomerang.

"I think it began a long time ago. Matthew Hayden knows how to play and has been very successful against the Indians. It (mind game) might only bring out the best in him.

"We have come here with an idea of what we need to do to succeed. What they do is completely up to them, we don't care," said the pacer, striking a belligerent note.

"Matthew, all the batters and the bowlers have got a certain job and they are going to do that," he said.

The tinge of green on the track at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium brought smiles on Clark's face and the Australian pacer oozed confidence of running through the Indian batting line-up in the first Test starting here on Thursday.

"It's a very good wicket. There is little more grass than I thought. All in all, I think it's going to make for a good Test match", he said.

Clark said instead of targeting any particular player, Australia would go after all Indian batsmen to win the match.

"We want to take one match at a time and our only target is to pick up 20 wickets", Clark said.

"We have really come here with a group mentality and to target all the batters. We have got to take 20 wickets and try and win the Test match", he said.

If it makes hayden play better, then why is he so concerned? Sure looks like the obnoxious weed is rattled already for his mates are jumping to his rescue! - or so they think.

Actually hayden is worried that, he would break down if intimidated. So he is using clark as a spokesperson to talk his talk. Funny obnoxious weed. He should also mind that, if he ticks Indians, it is he and sydney robbers who have to pay and not Indians. Sydney robbers have started dirty tricks again

Your attitude is obviously set to continue with the "cry baby" mindset displayed by the Indians whilst in Australia. Why don't you let the teams do the "talking" and the "walking" and keep your silly comments to yourself. The best team will win, and nobody knows which one that will be until the cherry hits the lawn for the last ball of the tour.

Hey Aussie,In Sydney, when the pup claimed a grassed catch, it showes a lot about Aussie style of play. That was not cricket, but cheating. I hope nothing of that sort happens in this series. Cricket lovers all over the globe want to watch good competetive Cricket, after the Sydney aftermath, it showed on Aussie as well, as they were unable to beat India.

Your attitude obvisouly reflects the robbery attitude aussies displayed in sydney to rob a test match by taking bounce catches and getting favorable decisions from bucknor and benson. Symonds needs 100 helps from umpires to complete a century. It is you aussies who are talking and not walking the talk. You keep your silly worthless robbery comments to yourself.
