Ducati inaugurates its second showroom in India

Ducati Motor,the world’s leading producer of racing motorcycles announced the opening of its second dealership outlet in India.

Ducati Motor Holding,the world’s leading producer of racing motorcycles,in partnership with Precision Motor India Private Ltd,on Friday announced the opening of its second dealership outlet in India.

2006 World MotoGP champion Nicky Hayden,who was present at the occasion,spoke about the experience of being a Ducati rider,his first season with the MotoGP team,and his goals for 2010.

On the occasion,Mirko Bordiga,CEO,Ducati-APAC,said,“We see a lot of potential in India and we have received a positive response from all bike enthusiasts and it’s good to know that they are excited about the Ducati brand.”

Ashish Chordia,CEO of Ducati India operation said: “The Ducati brand symbolizes racing success and passion,which we at Precision Motor India also represent. With the opening of this showroom we have are now able to reach to our customers in both the key markets – Delhi and Mumbai

The dealership outlet will be handled by Radiant Lifestyles in Gurgaon.

The company is selling a wide variety of superbikes at this showroom including:

* Ducati 1098 Superbike

* Ducati 848 Superbike

* Ducati Streetfighter

* Ducati SportClassic

* Ducati Monster

* Ducati Hypermotard

Ducati had opened its first showroom in November 2009 in Mumbai.

Ducati produces motorcycles in six markets segments,which vary in their technical and design features and intended customers. It has won fourteen of the last seventeen World Superbike championship titles. Since 2003 it has also taken part in the MotoGP World Championship and in 2007 it won both the Constructors’ and Riders’ world titles.
