Police inspector Jadhav said, "Stamps on hall tickets of the dummy students were genuine. UoP issues hall tickets, carrying names of students, to their colleges. Students then affix their photos on hall tickets and get college stamps on it before appearing for exams. Probe revealed that Gaus asked the students to hand over their hall tickets to their dummies who affixed their photos on hall tickets and got them stamped during peak working hours at the college office. We have brought this to the notice of UoP."
