Brokerage Emkay Global today said it has tied up with the UK's investment bank Icon Capital for offering various advisory services.
"The alliance seeks to complement Emkay's strengths in the domestic equity market and Icon Capital's strength in Indian convertible and fixed income instruments and would also cover activities relating to undertaking cross-border M&As and other investment banking related activities," an Emkay statement said.
Domestic companies would be also able to access the British/London securities market through the tie-up, it added.
