Meanwhile Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra were mobbed at the Kuala Lumpur international airport by fans who pushed and shoved to get an autograph of their idols. The duo that landed in Malaysia with 60-member crew of Don 2,were left amazed at the sight. However,Priyanka poised herself and signed autographs and posed with fans for pictures before being escorted to her car.

A Valentine guide
At Bollywood’s most ‘lethal’ Valentine’s Day celebration,actress Priyanka Chopra enumerated,“There are seven ways to lose your Valentine,in this box,” unveiling the press-kit,which contained a rope,a syringe,a knife,a bottle of poison,a sachet of potassium cyanide,an ice-pick and a strip of tablets.

“This is something you can gift your boyfriend” said the sultry actress at a pre-event for Vishal Bhardwaj’s 7 Khoon Maaf,held in a suburban 5-star recently. In the film,Priyanka essays Susanna,who slays seven husbands one by one,in her never-ending quest to find love.

“This is such a romantic gift we have given you. Now,who does that?” Priyanka cooed,asking mediapersons not to open the box immediately.

It was but natural that when the occasion was Valentine’s Day and it was Priyanka taking the queries,the media was eager to know about her ‘friendship’ with co-actor Shahid Kapoor. Asked about Shahid,Priyanka,sporting a mischievous grin,quipped: “What about him? My date is with you.”

Changing professions
Taking a break from his hectic work schedule,Ranbir Kapoor recently decided to surprise his close friend and stylist Aalim and visited him at his Hair Academy in Mumbai.

Once at the parlour,the actor is supposed to have taken over the reins and turned a hair stylist,trying his hands at straightening,ironing and blow-drying on a student of the Academy.

Ranbir even sat with the students and gave them a long inspiring talk about hairstyling as a profession,also giving tips that he had learnt over the years. When asked about his own hair-styling,the loyal client of Aalim that he is,he quipped,“I’ve got stubborn wavy hair so I am perpetually at the mercy of my stylist and owe my looks completely to Aalim!”

Special Moment
Pleased with her husband Akshay Kumar’s and mother Dimple Kapadia’s performance in Patiala House,actress-turned-designer Twinkle Khanna organised a special screening of the film for her family and relatives,considering that is what the Nikhil Advani-directed film was all about.

Akshay was appreciated by his relatives for his character Gattu as he played an emotional family man after a long time. His family is used to watching him in comic roles. “Watching Akshay and Dimple on screen as mother and son touched their hearts. The Patiala clan struck the right chord with Akshay’s and Dimple’s real family,” said a family member.

Lookfest
As one of the seven husbands that Priyanka Chopra’s character has in Vishal Bhardwaj’s directorial venture 7 Khoon Maaf,Neil Nitin Mukesh plays an army man. To essay the role of Major Rodrigues,he went for a makeover; sporting a well-trimmed military moustache,and wore narrow-brim Fedoras,sharp suits and aviators. The actor is so pleased with his look that he fondly recounts the first day when Vishal did not recognise him on the sets.

Bonded by religion
Arjun Rampal was recently seen wearing a lot of jewellery. When queried the actor replied that he loves sporting it. He was wearing silver and white gold on his fingers,wrists and on the neck. Talking of his neck-piece,which was a chain interwoven in small rings with a big cross as a pendant,he explained its significance. “It means bonded by religion,” said the actor.

Star struck
She’s set to make her debut with the Abhishek Bachchan-starrer Game. But,even before her first film is out,former beauty queen Sarah Jane Dias has already faced the camera with another co-star.

Dias recently shot a commercial with Ranbir Kapoor and was clearly impressed. She said,“I just shot with Ranbir Kapoor a few days ago for Pepsi and he,like Abhishek Bachchan,is so down-to-earth and is a great guy.”

Sara remarked,“He knows how to hold a conversation and it’s nice to be able to meet people like Ranbir because it’s only then that you come to know that they are normal people.”

I impressed with Ranbir’s professionalism,she said,“He is a thorough professional. He comes on the sets,does his work and leaves the moment the shoot is over. ”
