  • Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi, who had a fall during a bus ride at the Delhi airport last week, recuperated at his brother’s private house in Greater Kailash to avoid visitors and journalists thronging Bihar Niwas. Modi fell when the driver suddenly applied brakes to avoid colliding with a plane. Not that Modi had an undisturbed R&R. Among the callers were Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel, who requested a written complaint so that action could be initiated against the airlines. Arunachal Pradesh DGP Amod Kanth also called up Modi to tell about a similar fall that he had a month ago at the Delhi airport.
