The quest to hunt for talent seems endless. While an array of reality talent shows are on Indian television,Chandigarh too saw an event titled 60 Seconds to Fame to scout for dancers,singers,actors and models,from within the State.

The quest to hunt for talent seems endless. While an array of reality talent shows are on Indian television,Chandigarh too saw an event titled 60 Seconds to Fame to scout for dancers,singers,actors and models,from within the State. Organised by Creativatorss Event & Production,the final auditions that took place on Sunday,at Bal Bhawan in Sector 23,had participants from six different cities — Mandi Gobindgarh,Chandigarh,Ludhiana,Ambala,Shimla and Kurkshetra — where preliminary auditions were conducted last week. “We held workshops in different cities and the finalists were called to to Chandigarh to adjudge the winner,” says Prashant Bhardwaj,director of the company. The guest teachers for the show were Dina Nath,winner of last year’s contest,and who is currently on Just Dance,reality show on Star Plus,Uma Patial,participant in X-Factor on Sony,and Ankush Goel,a finalist in Dance India Dance. “The teachers will train the finalists and a grand show will be held in July,in Chandigarh. This will have guest celebrities and a cash prize of Rs 51,000,” say Bhardwaj and Hemant Mehata,company’s Managing Director. For more,log on to http://www.creativatorss.com.
