Foriegn Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon would come to Dharamsala on a two-day visit. According to an official spokesperson, Menon would come by train on Sunday morning upto Pathankot and reach Dharamsala by road. He would leave for Delhi on February 4. Menon would also be accompanied by a few External Affairs Ministry officials.It is learnt that Menon would meet the Dalai Lama and prime minister of the Tibetan Government-in-exile Prof Samdhing Rinpoche. He would also meet the 17th Karmapa Ugyen Trinley Dorjee. The Dalai Lama's security arrangements are likely to be discussed during his visit.
