A successful Mumbai lawyer has an attack of conscience, and leaves everything behind, to go slumming in Goa. A chance encounter with a mysterious writer, who pops it, having bequeathed him an unpublished book, thrusts him into peril.

‘Fox’ is an unlikely name for a Bollywood thriller, and for a spell, it is intriguing enough. The lawyer (Arjun) is in a jam, from which only a cop (Sunny) can save him. It’s to do with the book, which has details of several murders, the kind only a killer will know. Shades of ‘Basic Instinct’, and other Hollywood thrillers.

After a sizable gap, Sunny Deol is back, but is not likely to thank `Fox’, which gives him an entry just before half-time, and not much to do. Arjun wears his hair long, and drives a Merc. Sagarika is the good girl, Udita the bad one. And it’s all empty.
