  • In Northwest Delhi, Tri Nagar candidate Nand Kishore Garg lost the last Assembly polls to Congress candidate Anil Bhardwaj by a margin of 8,491 votes. This time too, he was pitted against Bhardwaj and lost by a huge margin.

BJP leaders, meanwhile, choose to remain silent than analyse the reasons for their defeat. A meeting of all district presidents was cancelled at the last minute. “We will analyse our performance after December 13, once Rajinder Nagar elections are also cleared,” said Delhi BJP president Harsh Vardhan.

BJP can still winBy: Raj | 10-Dec-2008 Reply | Forward People of Delhi have goten busy. No more time for them to demolish mosks. Advani should look for some other reaons to get votes. Advani has two options. Either give-up the dreams or jump into another Rath and try demolishing some more mosques to bring some communal divisions. That OLD BjP CM candidate needs to learn some humility. He was a big-mouthed spokes-man of BJP to blindly defend any attrocities the RSS/BJP owrkers would do. Delhites do not need a devils' advocate to be its CM.
