Another FIR has also been lodged against Sudha dairy based on the statement of Mishra's wife. She said that the incident took place because the dairy was not clearing his bills which had brought his family to the brink of starvation. Dairy officials, however, have denied that they owed him any money.
Nonetheless, a probe has been instituted to verify the claims of the deceased.
