Gilani challenges Imran to prove his assets abroad

Pak PM has challenged Imran Khan to prove his allegations that he has assets abroad.

Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has challenged cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan to either prove his allegations that he has assets abroad or stop misleading the people.

Khan had accused Gilani of amassing assets abroad.

He also demanded that President Asif Ali Zardari and former premier Nawaz Sharif should bring back their funds in western banks and invest them in Pakistan.

“I challenge Mr Khan to prove his allegation against me. In case he finds any of my assets abroad,I assure him that I will donate them to his party,” Gilani said reporters while interacting with a group of reporters here yesterday.

“But if he fails to prove his allegations, then he should stop making baseless allegations against me,” Gilani said.
