From saving Hindu girls from the “clutches” of Muslim boys, Babu Bajrangi has moved on to a new “crusade”: Saving the girl child. And he claims to have a special brigade of pregnant women helping him.
The disowned VHP leader and the current poster boy of the Shiv Sena in the state is all set to come down heavily on clinics conducting sex-determination tests in Gujarat. He has even threatened to vandalise and set on fire such clinics, which he calls “slaughterhouses”.
Bajrangi says his pregnant comrades will go to maternity clinics as decoys “to help trap gynaecologists and obstetricians involved in such practices” as part of the Sena’s ‘Beti Bachao’ campaign.
