Govt interfering in Karmapa probe,lacks clarity: Cong

Addressing a press conference in Kangra,Bali said it was strange that Chief Secretary Rajwant Sandhu on Friday chose to give a clean chit to the Karmapa even as investigations were still on,but it was stranger still that the chief minister completely overturned the government’s position in less than 15 hours.

“Doesn’t the government feel ashamed for the goof-up as it has tried to treat such a sensitive issue so casually?” Bali said.
