Govt policies in consonance with needs: Peerzada

Our policies are in consonance with aspirations of the people says education minister.

Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Education Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed has said the policy for planning and development of the state government is in consonance with the aspirations and needs of the people of the state.

“The government is committed to ameliorate the socio-economic condition of the people for which several flagship programmes under various sectors have been launched in the state,” Sayeed told a series of public meetings in his Kokernag constituency on Saturday.

“Our policies are in consonance with aspirations of the people”,he added.

The Minister said equitable development of all the three regions is the priority of the government for which focused attention is being given.

He said two degree colleges and a fire service station have been sanctioned in Kokerenag constituency.

“Construction work on Degree College Kokernag is in full swing while identification of land for Degree College Larnoo is under active consideration,” he said.

Work on fire service station will be started soon,the Minister added.
