Kasab's confession allegedly describes how the conspiracy was hatched in Pakistan by members of LeT.

A special court on Monday permitted the prosecution to send copies of confession made by prime accused in Mumbai terror attack case Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab and other related documents to the Pakistan government through diplomatic channel.

Judge M L Tahaliyani allowed the prosecution to make copies of Kasab's confession, record of recovery of satellite phones and communication reports of telephonic talks between the perpetrators of November 26 attack and the conspirators.

Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam said some persons have been arrested in Pakistan for their alleged complicity in this case. The Pakistan government is prosecuting against them in a court and so they want certain documents from India which can be used as evidence against them.

Kasab's confession allegedly describes how the conspiracy was hatched in Pakistan by members of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT), he said.

Not for or againstBy: Surendran P. | 05-May-2009 Reply | Forward Forwarding Kasab's confession to make any difference or pose any serious question for or against. When the opinion of Billion or so populution differ in equal numbers we ourselves do not know where we can reach. Is there any politicl party who is or was capable of taking any stern dicision hazle free? Any decision by any government will be question either during its infancy, or in its currency, or in future digging the past and subjting to a postmortem that too on tax payers expenses. These are the scenario we are witnessing. So PMs or CMs has to do their part for the sake of doing viewing the situation then prevail. Thanks to the world's largest democracy. Today's decision will be tomorrows's poison. Who can find a remedy for this? When our democracy cannot act on ourselves, we are incapable of confronting our enemies who lead a lavish life in other countries and even establishing or extending their families life there.
what do u expect from a chaprasi P.M.?By: omendra ratnu | 05-May-2009 Reply | Forward IT took this government 12 hours to decide to send NSG commandos to the site of action. The fact is that this goverenment is a big joke on the indian masses. How can we fool ourselves into thinking that we are a democracy when our P.M himself is nominated by a woman whose commetment to the well being of this nation are under severe doubt. It is a miracle that we are not witnessing Mumbai like attacks in every city of India.Considering the kind of absent minded governence we are having, sending Kasab's affidavit to pak is the least damage that can happen to us. Looking at the kind of people in charge of our nation, there shud be complete anarchy, at least on the secutiry front.
PakistanBy: Avinash Baranwal | 05-May-2009 Reply | Forward What if Pak rejects those confession? What is the next strategy with us? and first of all do we have any strategy(except looking to US)?Sometime, it is difficult to understand who is fooling us - our own government or the Pakistan.

Govt to Send kasab's confession to Pakistan.By: kaye Sharma | 05-May-2009 Reply | Forward We are indeed tieing ourselves in knots over a terrorist's trial, who was caught red-handed in waging war against India ;indulging in mass murders. What legal probity and human rights of a maniacal who even now jeers at our judiciary ? It will be a shame if Kasab's trial and verdict lingers on for years , as Bhai Abu Salem's has been perpetuated with no end in sight !Imagine if Pakistan had accceded to hand over the T20-Dawood, Lakhvi etc, as per India's extradition list .There would have been absolute mayhem in our Judicial system, weighed down with red-tape and wary of the media, human rights activists and so many others ,waiting to politicise even the mundane . That would have been Pakistan's revenge on India for dubbing them as a rogue state !!
