Twinkle Khanna, who was presenting an award after a long time, was understandably nervous. She double-checked the categories she had to present. “I’m not as professional as the others, I have lost touch,” she smiled. Not her looks though; she still sizzles, and how! Gul Panag sat chatting with her co-presenter Anurag Kashyap for a while but soon got restless. “If there is still time for my category to come up, let me see the show, I don’t want to miss it,” she said and breezed out of the room. Ditto Koena Mitra, who wanted to catch the performances from the front seat, no less.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan walked in with her mother for company as she waited for her turn to do the honours. “I’m shooting for Robot with Rajnikant, Mani Ratnam’s Ravana and now I have to make time for the promotion of Pink Panther,” she let on about her hectic schedule. She was ecstatic when Ashutosh Gowariker won Best Director and couldn’t wait to congratulate him.
